Neil Burke Joinery has extensive test evidence for certified fire rated doors both to FD30 and FD60. This test evidence has been gained in conjunction with both research and development at Chiltern International Fire, which is a division of Trada and all our testing is covered under reference Chiltern/A03073 Revision A-BS476 Part 22. Not only do we have test evidence for panelled and bespoke fire doors, we also have an extensive range of evidence for timber glazed fire screens once again both to 60 minute and 30 minute ratings. Our sales and management team will always be willing to come and meet respective clients to discuss their requirements and put forward our proposals to meet the criteria which we have for testing and offer solutions to overcome any planning and building control issues they may have in relation to fire rated screens and doors.
Neil Burke Joinery has been commissioned to make many bespoke staircases in a full range of timbers from hardwoods and softwoods, along with fairly major restoration works on a number of staircases in private residencies. Restoration work includes extremely careful removal of the stairs which is all numbered and catalogued to allow us to transport it back to our works at Lutterworth, whereby we undertake a detailed survey of everything logged so that we can save as many parts as possible before refurbishing the stairs and putting them back together with new parts as necessary. This work has covered many various residencies and whilst we are unable to give addresses out of these we can provide references if required. We can manufacture many types of bespoke stairs including winders and curved, and again we can provide references for these types if required.
Neil Burke Joinery has for many years been involved in the manufacture and installation of bespoke fitted furniture not only in commercial offices but also in high class residencies mainly within the London area. A range of products include everything from veneered MDF boards to solid hardwoods where everything is factory finished at our workshop prior to installation. We offer a full design service based on client requirements and working drawings are provided for approval prior to commencing any manufacture. Our commerical fitted furniture projects include offices, restaurants, universities & schools, hospitals, health clubs & spas and churches. Particular projects include:-

Using our modern CAD facilities and up to date Moulding Technology, we are able to create - or recreate - bespoke timber moulds - including architrave, cladding, dado & picture rail, cornice and handrails - to your exact requirements. We are able to produce almost any design of hardwood or softwood mould; ideal for both new or replacement joinery works. All of our Moulding profiles are retained, allowing us to easily produce mouldings to previous specifications or styles.
Skirting
As part of our Moulding Portfolio, we also produce a range of bespoke skirting designs and are able to match any new or existing specification in hardwood or soft wood.
Flooring & Decking

NBJ are producers of high-quality traditionally made windows in a range of hardwood and softwood. We are also well known for our production of high-quality box-sash windows using highly skilled and experienced joiners and only the very best timber and materials. We are able to produce windows to match existing designs or drawings with the emphasis always on attention to detail and quality. We offer a full design service allowing us to show you the various options that are available. We can also carry out resin repair works where preservation orders prohibit replacement of old windows.
