Using our modern CAD facilities and up to date Moulding Technology, we are able to create, or re-create bespoke timber Moulds.  This includes architraves, cladding, dado and picture rail, cornice and handrails.  We are able to produce almost any design of hardwood or softwood Moulds to exact client requirements, ideal for both new or replacement joinery works.  All our Moulding profiles are retained, allowing us to easily re-produce Mouldings to previous specifications and styles.  We have our own Tooling Room which allows us to carry out design work in Auto CAD to prerequisite specifications.  This information is conveyed to the Tool Room and individual cutters are produced to preferred Moulding details.
