Neil establised his Joinery business in 1982 with a  vision to develop a market leading Company, specialising in High End Residential and Commercial Joinery. In 2002 we diversified into traditional Joinery to compliment our expanding Portfolio. Neil  is committed to providing our clients with an exceptional, professional and personalised service. He ensures he is involved in all stages of projects from initial Quotation to Project Completion.   Neil’s dedication and drive has driven his team onwards and has brought in some wonderful business opportunity over the years.

Sharon and Neil have worked together since 1982 to create a Specialist Joinery Business, with a shared commitment to customers and staff. Sharon manages the Accounts, HR, Marketing and Administration ensuring the efficient facilitation of day-to-day operations.

Andy joined NBJ in October 2017 as Commercial Director, responsible for ensuring a steady growth of the business and maintaining profitablity through financial management of Projects. Andy has been working in the High End Residential sector for the last 12 years, as a Managing Quantity Surveyor. His extensive Commercial and Fiscal experience combined with his drive, commitment and enthusiasm will ensure NBJ continues to deliver the ever increasing exciting and exacting demands of clients.
